Kummer Group. The John P. Kummer Group specializes in reselling products for semiconductor test, metrology and inspection to the European Microelectronics Industry and has been established for 25 years. The John P. Kummer Group maintains offices in Switzerland, Germany, France and the U.K. In Italy Applied Precision's products will be available through Elcomind SRL.

- The PrecisionPointT VX2 Probe Card Analyzer provides testing and rework of probe cards. New capabilities of this system include environmental monitoring, up to 4500 Test Channel capability, and process tolerance below 10%.
- The microBurst® Contact Resistance Reduction System enabling chemical and contact-free non-destructive removal of oxidation from probe card needles in a fully automated process.
- waferWoRx Probing Process Analysis System improves the probing process with instantaneous data collection and analysis. Additionally, it prescribes corrective action based on quantifiable data and analysis for the prober, probe card and probe card analyzer.
